Exercise Storytelling Sessions
B2G Fitness Kids combine two very important developmental foundations for little ones as they participate in each of our sessions. The combination of Education & Exercise within each of our Exercise Storytelling Sessions aims to help promote a wide range of key building blocks for little ones aged 2.5-5 years. Children are exposed to increasing their physical literacy awareness as well as physical strength, endurance, balance, coordination, control & gross motor skills through the exercise component of the stories. The educational aspect of our sessions embody different real life learning topics such as road & sun safety. Also hidden throughout is literacy & numeracy elements.
